Santander de Titulización S.G.F.T., S.A structures all type of securitisation funds: opened, closed, public and private. The assets are granted by several originators (Banco Santander, UCI and Santander Consumer Finance) and they have different typologies (mortgage loans, non-mortgage loans, credit lines to individuals, SMEs and/or large enterprises) that are structured as RMBS, SME’s , Enterprises, Consumer, CLO's and ABCP conduits.

Santander de Titulización S.G.F.T., S.A arranged the first securitisation fund in Spain, Hipotebansa 1 in July 1993.
In 1998, it structured the first ABCP program in Spain.
In January 2011, it was the first Securitisation Fund Manager in Spain to securitise credit lines granted by Banco Santander to SME’s.
In May 2017, Santander de Titulización S.G.F.T., S.A structured the first synthetic securitisation fund under the Law 5/2015, through the FT Pymes Magdalena fund.

FT Pymes Magdalena 1 is the first synthetic securitisation fund structured in Spain under the Law 5/2015, supervised by the CNMV and whose bonds are listed in an organized market (MARF).
It is a series of private securitisation fund that sells protection to Banco Santander through a CDS over a SME’s portfolio. It also issues notes which transfer the credit risk of the collateral to the investors.
